"At the outset of our lessons I felt that Doug was over-focusing on having me swing my 9-iron an infinite number of times - again and again. I must have hit 300 balls before he would even think of letting me hit another club. I was frustrated. HOWEVER - having followed his advice and sticking with it I have now learned to swing a club the correct way. On my own now I have been able to take that swing to the rest of my bag. After just 3 or 4 lessons with Doug I have dropped my stroke count by 8 to 10 strokes consistently - going from a 100-105 now to 90 - 92 range (with a recent personal best of 89. The discipline he taught me with the swing will stay with me for life."
