My teaching philosophy has been shaped by playing the game, taking golf lessons, to improve my golf swing, and working with and watching other great teachers. As well as working for Jimmy Ballard and biomechanics expert Dr. Ralph Mann author of the best selling golf instruction book Swing like a Pro. I use a combination of video, training aids, swing drills, verbal cues, and demonstration to produce the desired results. Favorite golf instruction book Ben Hogan's Five Lessons the Modern Fundamentals of Golf. Favorite players Ben Hogan, Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, Lee Trevino, Tom Watson, Seve Ballesteros, Greg Norman and Tiger Woods. In my off-time away from the golf course I enjoy spending time with my family and German Shepherd. I Like to watch the NFL, NBA and most any other sporting event, favorite places Lake Tahoe, Monterey Bay and Del Mar race track. I love music and most genres favorite band Led Zeppelin.

Do You Have Any Questions?

Can I book a trial lesson with you?

Most people purchase a minimum of 6 hours to start so I have enough time to look at your game and make a few quick fixes or develop a plan based on your goals. If for some reason you aren’t happy, PlayYourCourse can switch you to a different coach. If they can’t find a coach you like, they will refund you the remaining lessons. But if you would still like a trial lesson you can call 301.500.2516 to set one up.

How can I contact you?

Once you have booked your lesson package, you will immediately receive my contact information. If I don't hear from you, I will call you to finalize your lesson details. You will also receive an email with all of my contact information after you book.

Can you teach more than one person at a time?

Yes, I offer semiprivate lessons for up to five students at once. Each additional player is only an extra $30.00 per hour.

Do you offer group lessons?

Not at this time, but private lessons are a great way to learn the basics so you can develop the proper technique and excel faster. However, you can always bring your friends! Each additional student is only $30.00 extra.

When can I start?

As soon as you’d like!

What if it rains?

If it rains we'll reschedule for a sunny day! It won’t be counted as one of your lesson credits.
